Weboha provides digital design services including but not limited to UX design, web design, mobile app design, branding, and related creative services. 3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Weboha or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement. Weboha retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for the project.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us for use in the project.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule outlined in the project proposal.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed timeframes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weboha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
