Building confidence in next-gen payments
NovaPay needed to look as reliable as the big banks but feel as modern as the best fintech startups. We built their brand from scratch and designed a dashboard that makes complex financial operations feel simple, secure, and even enjoyable to use.
Fintech is crowded. NovaPay needed a brand and product experience that could compete with well-funded incumbents while earning the trust of enterprise clients handling millions in transactions. The design had to communicate both innovation and security.
A brand identity built on structured confidence — geometric forms, a restrained color palette with strategic accents, and a typographic system that reads as both modern and authoritative. The dashboard uses progressive disclosure to hide complexity until it's needed.
We ran brand workshops to align the founding team on positioning, then developed three brand directions. The chosen direction was refined through stakeholder feedback and tested with target users. The dashboard design was built on real data from the beta program.
